RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Ded Ft
Effective Date: June 25, 2025
INTRODUCTION
This Refund & Exchange Policy ("Policy") is effective from June 25, 2025.
Ded Ft ("we", "us", "our") is committed to conducting business with fairness, transparency and a customer-first approach. This Policy is formulated in compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
By placing an order on www.dedfit.in, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the terms of this Policy.
2. EXCHANGE & RETURN ELIGIBILITY
A product is eligible for return or exchange only if all of the following conditions are met —

| Reason | Size mismatch, manufacturing defect, wrong item delivered or change of mind |

3. NON-ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURN & EXCHANGE
A return or exchange will NOT be accepted under the following conditions —
- Product is used, worn, washed or shows any signs of wear
- Original tags, labels or packaging are missing
- Request raised after 7 days of delivery
- Damage caused by customer — staining, tearing, cutting or mishandling
- Only one return or exchange per order is permitted
- Products marked as "Final Sale", "Non-Returnable" or part of a clearance or promotional offer
Products returned without original invoice
⚠️ NOTE: Any product received by Ded Ft in violation of the above conditions will be returned to the customer at their own cost. No refund will be processed in such cases.
4. RETURN & EXCHANGE PROCESS — STEP BY STEP

| Step 1 | Raise Request | Within 7 days of delivery — email us at support@dedft.com with subject: "Return/Exchange Request – [Order ID]" along with reason, photos and invoice |
| Step 2 | Review & Approval | Ded Ft will review within 2 business days and notify approval or rejection |
| Step 3 | Return Shipping | Upon approval Ded Ft arranges reverse pickup at company cost within 3 calendar days. Pack securely with original tags, packaging and invoice |
| Step 4 | Inspection | Returned product inspected within 3 business days of receipt |
| Step 5 | Refund or Exchange | If product passes inspection — refund is processed to original payment mode or replacement is dispatched within 2 business days |
| Step 6 | Completion | Full process completed within 7–10 working days from receipt of returned product |
5. REFUND POLICY
Ded Ft processes all approved refunds via the original mode of payment — UPI, credit card, debit card, net banking or COD (bank transfer)
Refund will reflect within 5–7 business days after approval depending on your bank or payment provider
Original shipping charges are non-refundable
COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer — customer must provide valid bank account details
Ded Ft is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment gateways after the refund has been initiated from our end
7. CUSTOMER OBLIGATIONS
The customer must ensure —
- Product is returned unused, unwashed, undamaged
- All original tags, labels and packaging are intact
- Product is securely packed to avoid transit damage
- Original invoice is included in the return parcel
- An unboxing video may be requested by Ded Ft in case of damage or defect claims
Original shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
8. PROCESSING TIMELINE
- Orders processed within 24–48 working hours after payment verification
- Excludes Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays
- In case of processing delay beyond 48 hours customer will be notified at least 1 working day in advance
